Return Policy

RETURN

In accordance with Articles L.121-20 and seq. from the Rules of consumption, the customer has a right of withdrawal that he can exercise without having to give reasons, within seven (7) days after receiving the items.

We offer to our clients the possibility to return the article(s) within 14 days and get a full refund for them or an exchange.

In this context, it has the option to return the goods delivered within this period in their original packaging, in perfect condition, complete (accessories, manuals, warranty ...) and accompanied by copies of documents attached to its command, at the address given on this form.

It is up to the client to get a proof of this return, which implies that the items should be returned by registered mail, or by any other means giving a certain date. The risks and the cost of return is at the customer's expense except in the case of a complementary Mail free returns label.

We reserve the right to refuse returns late or returned items that do not exhibit the above-mentioned conditions. We will proceed with the refund of the article(s) after receiving the item(s).

We will refund within 15 days of reception of returned products in stock.

We'll send you an email informing you that your refund has been made by a credit to the relevant transaction if you set your order by credit card or PayPal. 

For refunds by credit card, be aware that delays interbank can shift a few days the actual credit on your account.

We now include a complementary Mail free returns label in all orders delivered within the metropolitan France. Simply print the label that we will send you via mail or email, bring it with your package to the Post Office and obtain a proof of postage certificate from La Poste. Retain with you this proof of postage.

Outside the metropolitan France, if the items you return to us are not faulty you will bear the cost of returning the items (such as postage). For all orders, delivered within the metropolitan France or to any other country, if the items you return are faulty then we will bear the cost of their return (please note, this does not affect your statutory rights).  If you require an exchange on a faulty item then, provided we have stock available, we will provide a replacement, and you will not be charged again for delivery of the replacement item.

Where a complementary Mail free returns label is not supplied, a return address label will be supplied instead. We recommend you pay to return you package by courier, recorded or special delivery service. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office and arrange the necessary compensatory cover for the items.

EXCHANGE

Exchanges are allowed within the limits of available stocks with articles of an equal or higher monetary value (where additional payment is required). The exchange can be processed to our discretion; so long as adequate proof of purchase is provided.

As for refunds, items returned incomplete, damaged, soiled or damaged by the customer will not be exchanged.

We always aim to honour an exchange. If the item you require is out of stock we will contact you and give you a choice of an alternative product or a refund. We recommend you contact us ahead of time to reserve a product required for an exchange. If the item you require is of a higher value we will contact you to take an additional payment. Once the exchange is completed, the shipping cost of the new item along with documentation sent to the client's original delivery address is at the customer's expense.

After this initial exchange made​​, if the replacement item is still not suitable, a return is still possible (if performed within 14 days from the date of reception of the article) at our expense.

THE PROCEDURE

What you should do:

- Let us know by contacting customer service at the following address: info@catherinemembre.com

- Specify the following information:

• Name, Surname, Address
• Order Number
• Reference of the item(s) you want to return
• Reason for return

- Please specify if you would like a refund or exchange (in the case of an exchange, let us know what item you want to exchange with the one returned)

- Please enclose imperatively a copy of the delivery receipt to your return

- Contact the provider of your choice to arrange for the removal of your package or make the return with pre paid return label that we would have sent you beforehand (see below for more information on this).

- Keep the receipt as proof of shipment

What we do on receipt of your articles:

- We verify the compliance of the returned item(s) (must be new, unworn, in its/their original packaging with labels)

- We will refund the invoiced price of the returned items on the credit card or Paypal account used for payment to settle the order or we will proceed with the exchange.

- The repayment period depends on the institution that issued the payment.

 TO MAKE A RETURN JUST FOLLOW THESE QUICK AND EASY STEPS:

 - Send an email to info@catherinemembre.com to notify us of a request for return specifying if this is for a refund or an exchange.
   
 - FOR FRANCE ONLY: We will send you a pre-paid return label either by letter or via email (at your option). Print it and go to your local post office with it and the package that you wish to return. Warning: do not stick the label on your package. (This label is a a postage label for the package. So you will not need to pay anything to the Post office when you will leave the package to them).
    
- Drop your package at the post office of your choice and retain the proof of mailing completed and stamped by the postal services.
